The one inbox
Everything at GirlChatRoulette runs through a single address: [email protected]. Every message is read by a person, and replies usually land within one to two business days — often sooner. We do not offer phone support; email gives both of us a written record, which is exactly what you want when money or privacy is involved. A specific subject line earns the quickest reply. If another user is involved, include whatever pins down the call — when it happened and what you saw usually lets us locate it.
Reporting a bug
Give us the trio: what you meant to do, what happened instead, and your setup — phone or computer, which browser, roughly when. One screenshot beats a page of description. If the problem is that calls will not connect or your camera stays dark, the help center covers the most common fixes and might save you the wait.
Safety concerns jump the queue
If someone threatened you, showed you illegal content, or you suspect your match is under 18, start the subject line with URGENT and send everything you remember — when the call happened, what was shown or said, a screenshot if one exists. Safety mail is opened before anything else. In the moment, hit the in-call report button as well: it bundles the technical details moderators need, and it never sleeps.
Payments and coins
For anything about a charge or coins, write from your account email and include when the payment happened and for how much. Never send your full card number — we do not need it, and we could not see it anyway, because payments are handled by our payment processor. Once we can match the charge, most payment questions close within a few business days.
Data and deletion requests
To see what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email [email protected] with the subject "Data request". Tell us what you want done and the email tied to your account if you have one. We confirm identity before touching anything, then carry out the request and reply when it is done. What we collect and how long we keep it is spelled out in the privacy policy.
Press, partnerships and everything else
The same inbox works. Mark the subject line clearly — press, partnership, legal — and it will reach the right person. Whatever the topic, you will always hear back from a human, not a form letter.
