These terms are the agreement between you and GirlChatRoulette. By using the site you accept them — if you do not, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old; using the site under 18 is prohibited regardless of consent or supervision. We can update these terms, and the version posted here is the one that applies, with the date shown below. Last updated: August 27, 2026.
GirlChatRoulette provides random one-on-one video, voice and text chat between adults, in the browser. Your first matches are free; longer sessions may use coins, our virtual credits, with every price shown before you spend. Coins are not money, cannot be exchanged back for cash, and are not transferable between users. We may change, suspend or end parts of the service — if that ever affects something you paid for, we will make it right.
You can start without an account; registering gives you saved preferences and call history, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. On every call, the community guidelines apply: no illegal content, no harassment, no recording others without consent, no bots or pre-recorded video, no scams, no sexual pressure. Breaking these rules can cost you access — temporarily or permanently, at moderation's judgment.
You keep the rights to whatever you say or show on a call. You give us the limited permission needed to operate the service — transmitting your audio and video to your match, and reviewing reported content for moderation. Other users are bound by the same rules, but we cannot control what every person does on camera; use skip, block and report freely, and keep personal details out of conversations. What you share with a stranger is your choice, made in real time.
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast, safe and always on, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the conduct of users — yours or anyone else's. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
You can stop using GirlChatRoulette at any time — close the tab, and optionally ask us to delete your account and data via [email protected]. We can suspend or end access for breaches of these terms. The parts that by nature survive — payment records, dispute terms, and anything the law requires us to keep — survive. Questions about any of this: [email protected], answered by a person.
